Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In regards to physical products that we sell, in the event an item is sent damaged or does not work properly in some way, we offer a 15 days for a full refund. Please include item in original packaging.

You must send photo to support@limitlesstelecom.com of damaged product and or explain malfunction. We need this information for insurance purposes. You must pay for return shipping of the item.

Once we receive your email we will approve or disapprove claim. Then we will resend new product as needed, provide refund or provide new details about claim.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of certain products we may offer (VPN, Device Support) being DIGITAL in nature, we DO NOT offer refunds for digital products.  At time we may offer “trials” of our digital products.  If the customer does not cancel within the trial period which will be CLEARLY stated,  the customers card will be charged. With that being said, we do NOT offer a  refund for our Digital Products.
